Meet Your Mentor

I'm Lorraine Hamilton PCC — a Professional Coach, ICF Registered Coach Mentor, and one of only seven registered coach mentors in New Zealand.

I created the SWITCH Coaching System® in 2016 because the standard coaching models didn't reflect the depth of transformation I was actually facilitating with clients.

After 20 years and over 10,000 hours of coaching, I knew there had to be a better way — one that worked with the whole person, not just their presenting problem.

Now, I train professional coaches worldwide to deliver the kind of deep, transformational work that AI could never touch.

But I also know that brilliant coaching skills don't matter if you can't attract clients or if your tech is chaos — which is why I created the SWITCH Coaching Collective, where coaches get skills, business support, and integrated tech in one place. Originally from Glasgow, now based in Wellington. My background as an engineer taught me that systems matter — and my hobbies (motorsport, stand-up comedy, and leading a women's business network) remind me that joy and depth aren't mutually exclusive.
