SWITCH Coaching Collective Membership Agreement

The SWITCH Coaching Collective is a powerful professional container designed to support your growth, your confidence, and your evolution as a coach.

Lorraine is excited to work with you, and to help you get the very best out of your membership, this Agreement outlines:

- what you can expect from the Collective

- what the Collective expects from you

- how we work together to create an ethical, supportive learning environment

Please take time to read this document carefully. By joining the SWITCH Coaching Collective, you agree to the expectations, commitments, and values outlined below.

1. What Your Membership Includes

1.1 Training Access

Your 12-month membership includes full access (with optional drip-feeding based on your progress) to:

- The Coaching SWITCH® programme

- The Client Attraction SWITCH® programme

All future updates, improvements and new content released during your membership

This includes videos, transcripts, resources, tools, and all core training materials.

1.2 Live Calls & Support

You receive:

- Weekly Momentum Call (Mondays)

A short, focused accountability call to set you up for the week.

- Weekly Wednesday Development Call, rotating through:

- 1st & 3rd Wednesdays: Coaching Craft — deep dives, coaching demos, skill refinement, and scenario Q&A

- 2nd Wednesday: Systems + SWITCH Stack — business systems, workflows and integrations

- 4th Wednesday: Reflection & Integration — consolidating learning and planning forward

- 5th Wednesdays: Integration week (as applicable)

Important: Lorraine is not committing to delivering calls 52 weeks per year. Flexibility is required to allow for travel, personal commitments, and professional obligations. You will always receive notice of changes. At times expect peer led sessions, guest speakers, and recorded masterclasses to support your growth, as well as live time with Lorraine.

Private Mentoring

You receive four (4) private 1:1 calls with Lorraine across the year (approx. one per quarter). It is your responsibility to schedule these calls using the booking link provided.

1.3 Community Access

You receive access to:

- the private members portal

- community discussions and support spaces

- a professional, values-aligned environment

- Support requests should be posted in the community portal (not via email or private messaging).

1.4 Practice Opportunities

Peer practice sessions are peer-led

You are encouraged to participate, schedule sessions, and practise across time zones

Lorraine is not responsible for organising practice sessions

1.5 Additional Resources

Your membership includes:

- Worksheets, templates, and downloadables

- The full SWITCH resource library / SWITCH Hub

- Access to Q&A segments during live calls

- Call recordings and replays

1.6 Optional Add-On

SWITCH Stack software is not included.
Members may purchase it separately at the standard rate.

2. Membership Commitment

2.1 Minimum Term

Membership is for 12 months minimum, regardless of attendance or usage.

2.2 Payment

You agree to:

- pay the annual fee upfront or

- complete all payments in a payment plan (where offered)

There is no pause or freeze option. Payments must remain current.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because you receive full access to both flagship programmes and resources from day one, cancellations are handled with fairness and clarity.

3.1 Written Notice

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, with 30 days’ notice.

3.2 Refund Conditions

Refunds are considered case-by-case, and:

- No refunds for change of mind

- No refunds for non-use

- Refunds (if approved) will not exceed 50% of the annual fee

- Refunds may be approved for exceptional circumstances only

- Examples may include significant illness, bereavement, or major life changes that directly prevent participation.

4. Ethical & Behavioural Expectations

The SWITCH Coaching Collective is an ICF-aligned professional learning environment.

Members agree to:

4.1 Uphold ICF Ethics

You must abide by the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics throughout your practice.

4.2 Maintain Confidentiality

Confidentiality applies to:

- peer coaching

- group discussions

- client scenarios

- all community postings

- anything shared by other members

4.3 Respectful Participation

Members commit to:

- professionalism

- kindness and curiosity

- non-judgement

- cultural sensitivity

- honouring boundaries

4.4 No Advice, No Fixing, No Therapy

SWITCH Coaching is a professional coaching approach. Members agree to:

- avoid advice-giving

- avoid consulting under the guise of coaching

- avoid therapeutic interventions

- stick to coaching principles and SWITCH methodology

4.5 Intellectual Property

All SWITCH Coaching Collective content is the intellectual property of Lorraine Hamilton & Think Program Ltd.

You may not:

- copy

- share

- publish

- reproduce

- teach

- or redistribute

any materials outside the SWITCH Coaching Collective unless explicitly stated.

5. How to Show Up (Participation Expectations)

Being part of the SWITCH Coaching Collective means you are joining a professional, values-led community. What you bring to this space shapes the experience for everyone. These guidelines support a powerful learning environment.

5.1 Show Up Fully

Members agree to:

- join calls present and engaged

- arrive with a question, update or reflection

- be open to trying new things

- embrace discomfort as part of growth

- ask for help when needed

5.2 Be On Time

Calls begin promptly. Please arrive a few minutes early If late, join quietly. If there are no members on a live session 10 minutes after the start time, the session will be closed.

5.3 Camera Use

- Cameras on = more connection.
- Cameras off is always allowed — accessibility and neurodivergence matter.
- Just drop a quick message in the chat if you need cameras-off time.

5.4 Prepare Your Space

Where possible:

- choose a private, quiet area

- minimise background noise

- silence notifications

- avoid multitasking

- have materials ready (notes, SWITCH guide, etc.)

5.5 Engage in Community

Members agree to:

- contribute to discussions

- ask questions

- share wins, challenges and insights

- not wait for others to “go first”

5.6 Communicate Honestly

Members commit to:

- honesty

- clarity

- raising concerns early

- using the community portal for support

- taking responsibility for their needs

5.7 Respect the Space

During calls, members agree to:

- listen deeply

- avoid interrupting

- not dominate the space

- hold others with compassion

- avoid side conversations or off-topic chat

5.8 Practise Coaching with Integrity

- Use SWITCH principles

- Honour the session agreements

- Keep practice sessions to agreed lengths

- Follow ICF ethics

- Work respectfully with peer partners

5.9 Attendance

Attendance is encouraged, not mandatory.

However, you agree to:

- make a reasonable effort to attend live calls

- watch replays when you cannot

- stay actively engaged in your learning

- steward your progress

6. Re-Enrollment Benefits

You may retake the Coaching SWITCH and Client Attraction SWITCH programmes as long as you remain an active Collective member.

When your membership ends, this benefit ends.
